At Imvoy, we take your privacy and your clients' data security extremely seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information within the Imvoy ecosystem, specifically adhering to the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and international best practices.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide our photography delivery and invoicing services:
- Photographer Information: Full name, business name, email, phone number, and bank account details for invoicing.
- Client Information: Provided by you (the photographer) to deliver galleries, including client name and phone number.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform to improve our services and prevent fraud.
2. Data Storage & Security
Imvoy utilizes secure cloud infrastructure provided by partners like Cloudflare and Supabase. While we store your metadata (names, emails, invoice details), high-resolution photography is processed and served through encrypted channels.
All payment data and sensitive bank information are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Imvoy does not store your full bank login credentials or credit card numbers.
3. Nigerian Law & NDPR Compliance
As a Nigerian-led platform, we comply with the NITDA (National Information Technology Development Agency) requirements for online services. We process data based on the consent provided by users when they sign up and the contractual necessity of delivering services to your clients.
