1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Imvoy, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy. These terms govern your use of the Imvoy platform, gallery delivery services, and invoicing tools.
2. Photographer Responsibility
As a photographer using Imvoy, you are solely responsible for the content (photographs, text, client details) you upload. You must ensure you have the necessary rights and consents from your clients to process and deliver their images through our platform.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscriptions to Imvoy Professional are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable. Bank transfers and card payments are subject to the terms of our payment processor, Paystack.
4. Intellectual Property
Imvoy does not claim ownership of your photographs. However, by using the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and serve your content to your designated clients. The Imvoy brand, logo, and platform architecture remain the exclusive property of Imvoy Studio.
